Welcome to our guide on supported integrations in the MachShip platform.

Supported Integrations refers to our pre-built and supported integrations with various ERP and eCommerce platforms, where we manage the setup and configuration for you.

Supported Integration Process

If you’re looking to use one of our supported integrations:

1. Search for Your Platform: Check our of supported platforms below to see if your ERP or eCommerce platform is already integrated with MachShip.
2. Read the Documentation: Once you’ve found your platform, read the specific documentation for that integration. This will provide you with details on setup, configuration, and usage.
3. Reach Out with Questions & To Get Setup: If you have any questions about the integration or need assistance getting started, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.

Supported Integration Types

There are a few types of supported integrations, which differ based on who facilitates, completes and manages the integration process. These types are:

• Supported – Setup and maintained by MachShip
• Custom – Can be set up and maintained by MachShip, but requires custom work
• Inbuilt/Native – the platform has a native integration with MachShip built into the platform that’s supported by the software provider
• Third-Party Extension – a third-party company (not the software creator) offers an extension/plugin for MachShip and the platform
• Third-Party Consultant – a third-party company (not the software creator) can create custom modifications for the platform for integration
• Unsupported – No integration currently available

Integration Functionality

At a high level, the primary integration features are:

• Order Syncing – the automated push of orders, shipments or deliveries to MachShip so they do not need to be typed in, then writing data back about the consignment to the platform once manifested.
• Live Pricing – the ability to show live carrier prices and options to a customer in the checkout, or a user in the ERP/WMS, to choose from.
• Manifest/Updates – similar to order syncing, except it is the creation of a consignment in MachShip that is the trigger to send data back to an external platform, and no data originates from the platform itself.
